Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING & PACKING

Packing:

We aim to pack all orders and ship them within 2 working days of receiving the order. On the very rare occasion that this isn’t the case we’ll try to let you know via the email address given when placing your order

 

Postal options:

On the checkout page, you can opt to pick up locally or have your order posted to you. 

 

Local pick-up:

Free 

Unfortunately it's not possible at the moment.

 

Postal orders:

Standard delivery from €4 (Cyprus only, packages up to 2kg)

with Cyprus Post Office services

Express delivery from €3,00 (Cyprus only, packages up to 0.5kg)

with ACS Courier service pick up point  

Express delivery from €7,00 (Cyprus only, packages up to 0.5kg)

with ACS Courier service home delivery

Delivery times are between 2 - 5 working days, with most orders getting delivered within 2-3 days, for express delivery 1-3 days 

You'll be emailed a confirmation of your order with a tracking number so you can track your package on Post Office’ or ACS Courier’ website.

 

 

International delivery:

EU:

Standard delivery from €7 (EU only, packages up to 0.5kg)

with Cyprus Post Office services

Currently, we're using Cyprus Post Office services.  Delivery times are between 7 - 21 working days, with most orders getting delivered within 7-14 days.  You'll be emailed a confirmation of your order with a tracking number so you can track your package on Post Office' website.

 

Rest of the world: 

Standard delivery from €8 (packages up to 0.5kg)

with Cyprus Post Office services

Currently, we're using Cyprus Post Office services.  Delivery times are between 7 - 21 working days, with most orders getting delivered within 7-14 days.  You'll be emailed a confirmation of your order with a tracking number so you can track your package on Post Office' website.

If you are ordering from outside the EU, customs charges and import duties are likely to be levied on most orders and are the responsibility of the order recipient.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be pleased with the products and service you receive.  And we also want you to shop in confidence knowing your product is fresh, handmade and has never been used by another customer.  To that end, due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns and/or exchange.

Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us by email at contact@iveemanufacture.com within 72 hours (3 days) of receipt of the damaged product.

Once notified, we will either replace the damaged product or refund the amount of the purchase.
